ASSEMBLED FRAME SUPPLIED BY RUBERY OWENS.

By memo By/HEB{H. Biraben}2/WB.{Mr Brazier/Mr Bell} 23.10.37, we issued a specification covering the parts which make up the assembled frame supplied by Rubery Owens.

We stated on this memo that certain drawings were not completed, and that they would be issued later.

We have now completed the drawings and attach three blue prints of the following parts to suit to Roy{Sir Henry Royce}/He's copy for Rubery Owens, and the tracings to RHO/CAN's copy :-

FW 1378 Assembly of Frame Side Member. RH.{R. Hollingworth} 1 off.
FW 1379 " " " " LH.{Mr Haworth} 1 "
FW 1380 Drilling " " " RH.{R. Hollingworth} 1 "
FW 1381 " " " " LH.{Mr Haworth} 1 "
FW 1382 Assembly of Frame. 1 "
FW 1422 Assembly of Cruciform Torque Member. 1 "

We now understand that it is desired that the rear crossmember should be assembled to the frame by Rubery Owens.

Accordingly, will you please arrange for the following parts to be produced and supplied to Rubery Owens :-

FW 1229 Rear Dumb Iron - RH.{R. Hollingworth} 1 off )incorporating
FW 1230 " " - LH.{Mr Haworth} 1 " ) Altn.17141/F.{Mr Friese}
FW 1447 C'member Bkt. for Rear Bumper. 2 "
FW 1448 Petrol Tank Suppt. Bkt. 4 "
FW 1449 Rear Crossmember. 1 "
F.89565 Disc for Crossmember. 2 "

The following stock parts necessary for the assembly of the crossmember, are to be made by Rubery Owens:-

K 419 Bolt - Dumb Iron to Frame. 4 off
K 420 " " " " " 4 "
