IGNITION GOVERNOR.

With reference to the ignition governor for 12-EX.
This will now require altering in accordance with RL/M4.5.26.

(1) The small torsion springs E.73203 to be arranged with no initial set up - it is left for the weight of the small piston E.72503 to return the governor weights to the normal position.
(2) Spring E.74947 to be fitted above the large relay piston.
(3) Spring E.74839 to be fitted to the magneto with a set up to give a pull of 2 lbs. in the fully retarded position.
(4) .100" deeper relay chamber to E.74837.
(5) Cross head to E.74837 attached.
(6) Rod E.72649 .100" longer.
Otherwise, the relay will be standard i.e., standard weights etc.

If you will let us have this unit, we will fit it to the test bed engine and try it out.
