| Copy to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} Mr. x261 EV.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}2/HP. 6th January 1934. Messrs. Park Ward & Co.Ltd., 473, High Road, Willesden, LONDON.N.W.10. For the attention of Mr Ward. Dear Sir, re Streamline Bentley B.23-AE. The stop lamp glass has cracked and fallen out on this car. Will you please send us a new glass and bezel complete. The small M.G.type Mirror has cracked. Will you please send us one of these also. Everyone is very distressed to find that in order to replace the tail lamp bulb it is necessary to unscrew and take out the transparent number plate - a long and awkward job. As this plate is fitted with mastic cement the pin seal is spoilt. We hope that this will not occur on the wide frame 25-HP or the Phantom 2 Pullman. We would be glad if you could tell us how you could remedy this defect. The parts asked for should be sent to Derby, addressed for the attention of Mr Hives, and marked Bentley | ||
