This report to be passed by the Conference. (2) Mr. Whitehead to bring up the question of Springs for America. HS{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} 1650 (3) Mr. Bailey to bring up the question raised by E.R. of America in regard to the fact that Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} and himself decide whether it is necessary to scrap material in order to bring any change in design.
