Attached to Mr. Royce's copy of this report are photostats showing curves of the various heating tests carried out. Those curves without letters are some earlier results, and those lettered, J, K and M are those recently taken.

This report completes our investigations of inherently controlled machines, except in so far as similar tests will be necessary on the new type of Lucas dynamo and a Rotax dynamo which Messrs. Lucas are making up for us. We are now going to direct our energies to investigations of the designs and performances of small simple shunt wound machines operating in conjunction with vibrator regulator control.
