C. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst. WST 6099. BY/RD1/W.2.4.35. CONNECTION OF DYNAMO FIELD AND REGULATOR. With reference to Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst10/MA.22.2.35, we have looked into this suggestion of putting the regulator on the positive side, as shown on the attached diagram. This will mean :- (a) internal modifications to the regulator. (b) dynamo field number 4 coil will require lengthening to enable us to connect same to the negative earth brush holder. We suggest that some of the experimental cars are wired up in this manner for test purposes. BY/RB{R. Bowen} | ||
