Dear Breedon,

Thank you for your letter of the 28th. March and for the information regarding the circumstances in which the trouble occurred on your car.

We are now engaged in a careful analysis of the cause of the failure and I myself am insisting on seeing each stage of the strip.

We know about the petrol consumption of your car, I will borrow your old chassis from my brother-in-law and give you an exact comparison of the performance before we hand the Bentley V.{VIENNA} back to you.
