We want to get some wide rims in light section fitted to the Phantom III. The wide rims of the present gauge are too heavy.

Attached is a letter from Dunlops, from which you will see they want £100 tool cost for producing these rims. Is this reasonable ? Is there no way of getting an experimental set of rims produced without this tool cost ?
