To Roy.{Sir Henry Royce} from Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}
Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}6/LG26.10.28.
BRAKE LININGS.
Further to our Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}3/LG26.10.27. We require 32 brake linings to G.74743, and 16 to G.74250 from Messrs. Morgan Crossley & Co.
The only specification we want to give them is that the wearing quality must not be less than that of Ferodo and that they will make every endeavour to minimise the squeak producing propensities in the material.
