1129. Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} Rm{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}11/R.6.5.38. SINGLE CYLINDER WORK. We are doing a small amount of single cylinder work as necessity arises. A good deal of money has, in the past, been spent on making pieces, and we are finding that we can get answers to some of our questions by modifying some of these pieces and carrying out a test. No special staff is allocated to the tests, they are being run by the main engine people, as and when, for various reasons, the other test beds are out of action. We believe this is an inteiligent way to use the equipment available. Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer} | ||
