PHANTOM 111. ROAD WHEELS - RE: TYPE OF RIM.
--------------------------------------------

We are adopting the turned over flange instead of the oval rolled over on the Phantom 111, the width we propose to standardise is 5", the gauge of the material is 8 SWG.

The cars have done sufficient running in France to justify the issuing of a standardisation sheet.

Will you please pass the above information on to the Dunlop Co. in view of the necessity you pointed out that the Dunlop Co. must be in the position to order the material immediately if we are to get reasonable delivery of the modified type of wheel.
