Herewith is my application form for extra petrol, which is identical with that for the last 2 months. It is made up as follows :- 5 days at 6 miles a day = 30. 2 days at 9 miles a day = 18 --- 48 7 days at 2 miles a day to Duffield 14 --- 62 4 weeks at 62 miles per week = 248 miles. ½ week at 62 miles per week = 24 --- 272 miles.
