High Compression Cylinder Head - Bentley.

We have heard indirectly that you 'phoned up London and asked that no more high compression heads should be fitted on Bentley cars. The memo. we have seen gives as the reason for this the roughness and detonation experienced on Embiricos' car, B-5-EJ.

This is not quite in agreement with your memo. Sr.10/MLG.13.8.35, and we should be glad to have your views on whether you do or do not want these cylinder heads fitted. We want to make sure that if you say no to them now you will not be asking for them again shortly.
