Contd. -2- Hsd/T1.6.22. We have also checked the inlet and outlet water temperatures at various speeds and temperatures. Below are the results :- Temperature of inlet Temperature of outlet. 1000 1100 1400 20ºC 27 27 27 30º 38 37 37 40º 48 47 47 50º 58 57 57 60º 67 67 67 70º 78 77 77 80º 88 86 86 90º 99 97 96 Engine run full power on bed - fan and radiator fitted. We do not propose carrying out any further tests on the Goshawk cooling until we get the improved fan. We do not see how it is possible to improve the circulation. Hm.{Capt. W.
