RE ATTACHED SUGGESTIONS FROM R.{Sir Henry Royce} CROSS
I think the suggestion that the Pump Drive Joint should be oxidized is only worth considering in the event of all the which steel parts on the engine/are unprotected being similarly oxidized or treated in some other way to prevent rusting. I think no payment should be made for this suggestion.
With reference to the suggestion concerning the petrol supply tanks (presumably for the dynamometer house) I think this should be handed to Mr. Nadin for his consideration.
