Co., covering the points which were discussed between ourselves and Mr. E.A. Watson of the M.L. Co. on the one hand, and between ourselves and Dr. Turner of the Lucas Elec. Co. on the other. Will you kindly forward these respectively as a confirmation of the ground we covered during their respective visits. There are also pinned to these, copies of the latest version of the tentative specification, and it has been pointed out in the preliminary notes addressed to them that it is not of much consequence that some of the detailed items of the specification are not yet fixed.
