Putney Vale,
LONDON S.W.15.

For the attention of Major C.M.Carington.

Dear Sirs,

We are returning to you under separate cover three type FE.30.X. sparking plugs which have the insulators cracked.

We are not a little perturbed about these failures as we understood from you that these insulators were very much stronger than the ordinary type of Ceramic insulator.

We should be glad therefore to have your remarks on this failures after examination of the same.

Yours faithfully,

FOR ROLLS-ROYCE LTD.
