RE MODIFIED FRONT SHOCK ABSORBER ON 40/50 CHASSIS.

We are fitting the first pair of these to 1.EX chassis.

We find, however, that there are several modifications which Mr. Royce has asked for and are not yet instructed. The most important are:-

P.B. Contact Pieces in place of C.H.N.S. and Standard Hexagon Lubricator instead of the knurled round one.

We believe the Works are still going on producing C.H.N.S. Contact Pieces, whereas, on the 21st. ultimo, Mr. Royce instructed that these should be altered to bronze.
