Dear Sirs, We are in receipt of your letters and telegrams urging delivery of the experimental sets of meter valves. We have today wired you as follows:- "Regret difficulties in obtaining correct meter valves have delayed deliveries. One set on train arriving Derby at 7.6 tonight" Our difficulties have been in obtaining the correct rate of flow with the B.B. oil you specify; a large number of valves having to be rejected. The writer would like the opportunity of discussing with your Experimental Department some means of testing which will reduce the time required to measure each valve. For this purpose we understand it will be convenient to see Mr Hives on Tuesday next, and the writer will be at your Works on that morning. Yours faithfully, for LUVAX LIMITED H.W.
