To RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} L2002 (3) Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std.12/KN.{D. G. McKechnie - Sales} 25.3.35. We wish to lighten the Bentley fan as far as possible and would therefore like you to build up a Bentley fan for 5-B-IV with blades in aluminium (as instructed by Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}) and a hub as shown on attached sketch Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1853; the hub is at present entirely of cast-iron. We should like this fan as soon as possible so that it can either go to France with 5-B-IV or follow the car out. Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Std. | ||
