We send herewith N.Sch.4755 which shows modifications to the plugs in the back axle casing to avoid the use of a special spanner F.82810 which is we understand at present provided only for the axle filling plug. All plugs will now be dealt with by the same double ended spanner. The left hand view shows the suggestions for existing axle casings and on the right we shew the existing drain plug used also as the filling plug. Clearance must be made in the body work for the new filling plugs. We understand that this presents no difficulty to the coachwork department. E/HDY.{William Hardy} | ||
