Deturbulated Bentley Cylinder Head.

A standardisation sheet is being issued for the above type of head which has run 15,000 miles test on G-B-IV.

The actual deturbulation of the head is similar to LeC.5002 which was issued for the 25/30 and our drawing copy for the Bentley is Rm.{William Robotham - Chief Engineer}246.

We have recovered the compression ratio to standard 6.5 : 1 by machining .035 off the head face.

As tested on the road improvement in idling and top gear slow running is claimed, also on the bed it is found to give some increase in power at the high speeds.
