Herewith a summary of the present test rig position, in Rm {William Robotham - Chief Engineer} /GB.14/JH.9.4.40. I am particularly anxious to start installing these rigs because there is very nearly as much work in getting them running as there is in getting a test bed running. I should be glad therefore if you could get your assistant to complete the layout and that having ensured that all the necessary motors are available, that portion of the Shop which is devoted to test rigs be cleared and installation commenced.
