There are complaints coming in with oil on the commutator. While at Derby you remarked of what the D.O. had done with regard to keeping the oil from the com. and did not agree with it. Is it possible to do anything further to keep the oil off the com.? In my opinion a small drain pipe behind the ball race close to the felt washer would do the job.
