X4255 To Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair} from Da.{Bernard Day - Chassis Design} Dal/M30.5.23. GOSHAWK 11. X.4254 X.4255. The Coachbuilding Dept. claim that oil is still flung out of the propeller shaft both at front and rear and is causing them some trouble in preventing the carpets, etc. being stained. Would you kindly confirm that this complaint is justified on the latest Goshawks, as we had an impression that the modifications to the front end of the axle box had cured the oil being flung from this point.
