(j) O/s. rear door glass and regulator handle are loose, and would rattle after very little use. This is bad workmanship.

(k) There is too much felt showing outside the front door glasses at rear edge.

(l) Hinges are loose on door pillars, and doors especially N/S rear door are weak in torsion - apparently the construction is faulty. As resolved this N/S rear door could be twisted from top to bottom by approx. 1/2".

(3) Interior Details.

(a) Sun visors have inefficient friction device (which relys on accuracy of manufacture for efficient) and fall down this friction device consists of a spring washer bearing against a flat washer with a semi circular hole, which is arranged to lock the tension bolt which is of D.{John DeLooze - Company Secretary} section.

On the samplevise the hole in the washers is too large, allowing an initial slip to take place when the visor is moved consequently loosening the nut.
