Dear Sir:

We are in receipt of your letter of the 18th, HARP/AR/18132, to which we were unable to reply earlier as we first wished to communicate with our Works regarding the suggested appointment.

We note that Saturday next, the 23rd, would be convenient to you at 12.30 at your office in Russell Square.

We are arranging for our representative, Mr.Grylls, to be with you at that time, and thank you in advance for kindly offering to show him the car and give him a short run thereon.

Yours faithfully,

For ROLLS-ROYCE LIMITED
