Messrs. Rolls-Royce Ltd.,

Dear Sirs,

For the attention of Mr. Salt.

Further to this mornings telephone conversation, we are enclosing your blue print of carburetter EB.2632, on which is indicated in red pencil, the flat which of necessity, we shall have to machine on the 2.1" flange diameter of the air intake.

We do not know whether you will disregard this flat or whether you would rather reduce this 2.1" diameter to 1.875" diameter which is the largest figure that the register facing will permit.

Will you kindly give the undersigned a telephone call when you have settled this, as the pattern will be in the pattern shop very shortly.

Yours faithfully,

For THE S.U. COMPANY.

B. Cooper
