Chloride Battery - Chassis 20-TW.

Referring to D/BP/HF{H. W. Frost - Coachwork Inspector}1/B9.1.23 and EFC2/T4.1.23, we are in receipt of a letter from the Chloride Co. returning your precis regarding the repair of the battery removed from the above-mentioned chassis and stating they note that our client, Mr.Hartley, refuses to pay his share of the cost of reconditioning the battery. In the circumstances the Chloride Co. agree to share the cost with us and if this proposal meets with our approval, they will send us credit note for half the amount charged for the repairs upon hearing from us.
