R.R. 235 E 200 T) (S.F. 673. 22-5-19) G.{Mr Griffiths - Chief Accountant / Mr Gnapp} 2376. X.3683 To Hm.{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs} from Bn.{W.O. Bentley / Mr Barrington} Copy to [REDACTED] Cle. Hn{F. C. Honeyman - Retail orders}6/W25.11.19. RE BLANKING PLATES FOR RADIATORS. With reference to Hm{Capt. W. Hallam - Head Repairs}/NRCS/W20.11.19, the blanking plates should not, of course, be fitted indiscriminately. You will surely find that practically all our cars, at whatever date they were manufactured, can usefully be fitted with a blanking plate during the winter months, since they do not suffer from over-heating in the summer. The Repair Shop can best advise which size plate should be fitted to which type of car for general winter use. Will Capt. Hallam advise London accordingly, please. Bn.{W.O.
