X762513 We recently instructed you to put in hand two springs for the armature of this machine to stop the thump on engagement and while the machine is dismantled for one of these new springs to be put in will you please arrange for the bush in the commutator bracket to be faced off .062 to make room for a fibre washer E.17713 to soften the outward blow. There are plenty of washers in stock in the Repair Dept. stores and care should be taken to see that the taper pin head is below the face of the bush, sketch of what is required herewith. BY/RD. | ||
