(18 Ex) This was fitted to the car before bench tests could be made and accordingly the setting was done in position on the dash using batteries and a potentiometer wire. The cut-out closing voltage was set to 12.4 (shunt current .17a). no falling out test being made. It appears to be generally O.K. The green-lamp switch coil resistances are: copper 7.5 ohms, manganin 31.9 ohms, total 39.4 ohms. Ratio manganin to copper 4.25:1. These values would correspond to 159 ft of the copper wire and 60 ft of the Signed: (Cont'd) This Sheet must be filed on completion of the work. | ||
