Body fitted - waiting for Hooper sports body.

Brief description.

Standard Phantom except for following
parts - Turbulent head, narrower radiator, high compression
pistons, rubber mounted engine feet, Hartford shock
absorbers, rear wheel carrier, front axle control.

Two other chassis of this type are being
built - No.16 and 17-EX.

It is anticipated one of these cars will
go to France for test on Jan. 30th.
