From EH to Wor concerning a delay in pivot drawings, proposing to use existing forgings for their manufacture.

| To Wor{Arthur Wormald - General Works Manager} from EH. X.3357. EH2/LG2.9.18. With reference to the attached correspondence, we have not yet received the drawings of the Pivots from the D.O. From examination of the LeC. it appears as though they can be made from existing forgings. We anticipate that a pair of pivots will be ready in 2 months. So far, we have only looked upon this as a spare time job, as it does not appear that we can do much with Car pivots at the present time. EH. | ||
