HYDRAULICALLY OPERATED TAPPETS - J.3.

You are repairing a J.3. unit for us and at the same time changing the camshaft and fitting a new set of silent tappets and cylinder head. The new set of silent tappets you are fitting to this unit will require bringing up to date as a result of our recent tests.

The modifications required are as follows:-

(1) Eccentrics and rocker shafts to LeC.3641.
(2) New plunger housings to Hs.{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}1129/30.
(3) Set of bottom tappets similar to P.II.
(4) New tappet clamps to LeC.3588.

We should be obliged if you would do all you can to complete this unit for us as the one we have at present is in almost a derelict condition.
