For the attention of W.E.Shilton, Esq. Dear Sirs, In reply to your letter of 18th. July, we have examined our files and we appear to have ordered the supplies of RL and RU on 12th. November, 1938, order No. 75831. This particular error has not caused us much trouble, although the VG.90 - VG.91 mistake was very inconvenient. What we are really worried about is that if these mistakes continue we may one day fail to detect one and our unfortunate customers may suffer in consequence.
