No. M450. The “Acme” Vernier Adjusting Magneto Coupling fills a long felt want. It provides a three point drive which allows a magneto to be driven without strain even if out of alignment. Then the special rubber buffer is designed to take up all shocks which would otherwise be transmitted to the armature of magneto. The removal of the locking screws in barrel enables the mngneto timing to be altered in steps of 5° when required, without moving the magneto. Any desired adjustment can, therefore, be made on the road in a minute. The ‘Acme’ is a well made coupling, designed on the right lines and is speedily taking the place of the many complicated and unwieldy couplings on the market. Price 15/- each.
