RHC.{R. H. Coverley - Production Engineer} EFC. X7655 BY/RD18/N.16.5.29. Re: SS.{S. Smith} Chassis Starter Switch Sec.8240. X7655 In order to bring the remaining 6 SS.{S. Smith} cars into line with production on the above unit, will you please arrange to fit push button switch to LOP.D.72231. We have instructed the Works to produce switches to LOP D.72231 for production, and have delayed our instructions to you in order to enable the Works to get the dies made for moulding, as we did not wish to use ebonite pieces in this connection, and therefore we imagine that you will be able to get the necessary material from production. We have already given you instructions for 19 and 23-EX, and the foregoing will complete the instructions for this section. BY/RD. | ||
