EFC. X8664 BY/RD6/W.2-7-30. Re :- 40-50 H.P. Higher-output Dynamos. (28 Slots. 56 Coils.) We have now produced several high-output Machines with a control brush position of 127°, and the Works tell us that they find it impossible to obtain the outputs required in the Specification with this position, and they have to move the brush 24° back towards its original position. To avoid the necessity of elongating the holes after drilling, will you please look into this question and let us know if you agree to us adding a revised position on the drawing. It is suggested by the Works that if they use the standard control brush position, that would be suitable. BY/RD. | ||
