15th February, 1941.

Dear Robotham,

There are some slight changes in the Requirement Memorandum again, the suggestion in para.8 may turn out to be unnecessary in a winch of your construction.

2. Para. 5 is to provide for the speeds of these things increasing. If you can leave room for a bigger drum which could be constructed and fitted at a later date if necessary, it would be a good thing.

Yours sincerely,

Sgd. BUXTON
