GOSHAWK 11. RE REAR END OF FRONT SPRINGS. X.4261.

We send herewith N.sch.1273 shewing the first alterations which we propose for the rear end of the front springs, that is to say, we have increased the area of the side surfaces by 50% and have inserted hardened steel washers on all surfaces.

The idea of making this proposal is that the existing dies can be altered without serious difficulty. In a few days time we shall send you the second proposal, which includes the skirt for attaching the stocking.
