Dear Sirs,

In accordance with telephone arrangements made with your Laboratory yesterday by the undersigned we are sending over tomorrow afternoon (Wednesday) a 20/25 car for starting tests in your cold room. On this car we have fitted for standardisation tests a pair of Lucas W.T.Horns. These horns are not giving us satisfaction in respect of one or two points and the undersigned hopes to visit you on Thursday morning for the purpose of observing the cold starting tests on this car and also to discuss with your Mr.Harris and any others concerned the fitting of these W.T. horns on this chassis.

We beg to thank you for the opportunity of using your cold room for these starting tests.
