- 4 - SIDE SPARE WHEEL CARRIERS. --------------------------- (1) Elimination of the loose packing piece which always falls on the ground. Agreed - this will be done. CHANGE SPEED LEVER. ------------------- (1) Efficient heat and draught guard. Yes. This has been done on Bentley. JACKING. -------- (1) An efficient 4 wheel jacking system. This requires special treatment to suit the independent front wheel suspension. COOLING. -------- (1) Lighter radiator matrix. Better cooling efficiency. Yes. See Harrisch. (2) Device to close the radiator shutters automatically when the engine is stopped. Not necessary with thermostatic bypass. No radiator shutters. GEARBOX, CHANGE SPEED LEVER AND HAND BRAKE LEVER. ------------------------------------------------- (1) Rattle proof levers. Yes, independent gearbox will remove the source of the vibration. (2) More easily handled reverse ratchet operating mechanism. Yes. ELECTRICAL. ----------- (1) Master switch which entirely disconnects the Battery from the wiring system when the car is garaged. Yes.
