Dear Mr. West,
Many thanks for your letter of the 15th inst. under reference Hs{Lord Ernest Hives - Chair}/Wst.7/MA. and I trust that your correspondence with Mr. Dennis will have brought forth some interesting information for you.
I am having despatched to you to-day for test purposes one 803T, and I feel sure that you will be agreeably surprised with the results from this receiver, on which as yet, so far as Bentley and Rolls-Royce cars are concerned, we have not found it necessary to fit any plug suppressors, and in two instances we have not fitted distributor head suppressors. You will therefore judge that the suppression on this receiver is far superior to that on the previous models with which you are familiar.
