-2- S. Harris Esq. 1st February 1937. the steering column and instrument board. In conclusion, I would repeat my assurance that there is no question of any cheapening of the instruments or, in fact, anything else at the expense of quality, but naturally, like everybody else, we take advantage of all new developments in machinery and methods of manufacture as we cannot afford to lag behind. The improvements in the chassis or its components frequently have far-reaching results as, for instance, the introduction of flexible mounting of the engine demands in the controls pro-vision for relative movement, and a modern dynamo designed to adjust its output to meet the requirements of the battery means the needle of the ammeter will fluctuate to indicate that vary-ing output.
