HIGH POWER HEAD & BLOCK IN A/C.

Car Universal Unit - LeC.5328.

We are reissuing herewith two prints of RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}332, Cylinder block in A/C, for the above unit, incorporating alteration No.123/RS{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}, which increases the exhaust valve seat width from .050 to .062 and elongates the water holes over the exhaust port so that with a new head gasket the block will be suitable for use with the Inclined Inlet Valve Head LeC.5368.

We send also two prints of each of the following details for use with this block:-

RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}334. Valve Seat - Exhaust.
RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}335. Stud - Cylinder block to head. (3 off)
RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}336. " " " " " (4 off)
RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}338. Coolant Nozzle.
RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}343. Gasket - Cylinder Head.

In addition the following parts will be required:-

T.1380 Stud - Cylinder block to head. (2 off)
RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}337.Union - coolant nozzle.

Attached hereto are also two prints of RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}342 showing a modification to the machining of the combustuon chambers of all heads similar to EB.1989 (such as RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}314 and RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}315) which must be carried out before they are used with the cylinder block RS.{Sir Henry Royce's Secretary}332.
