On changing the steering cam crowning specification from 0.005 to 0.002 for test and demonstration cars.

The steering of 31-EX (2nd 10,000 miles test car) is built up with a cam having 0.002 crowning of the track instead of 0.005 as previously. As the steering of this car is better than that of the demonstration cars, we want all future SpectreCodename for Phantom III cams to have the reduced crowning.
