Phantom III Side and Cross Steering Tubes.

Further to our E/Ev.{Ivan Evernden - coachwork}3/MN.16.12.36 instructing the adjustable side steering tube to M.Sch.4967 and N.Sch.4968 but using a butted tube following the design for the Bentley III to N.Sch.4974, we would like to try on the bumping rig, side and cross steering tubes of .3 carbon steel in place of the present nickel steel, and so to effect a saving in cost.
