Waller - Head of Chateauroux}6/R.13.12.38. 8.B.V. BENTLEY. The following arrangements have been outlined for this car following Grylls' and Dodd's run. Wednesday, Dec. 14th. Grylls and Dodd to hand over to Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} and Lewis at Dieppe. As the Vanvooren job is already in hand, Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} and Lewis will go straight off without calling at Paris. Thursday, Dec. 22nd. Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} and Lewis to call at George V in afternoon to see Sr., and will stop that night in Paris. Friday, Dec. 23rd. Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} and Lewis to meet Waller off 12.25 boat at Boulogne, and return themselves to England on 13.45 boat, Waller to bring 8.B.V. back to Paris same afternoon and leave car at George V.{VIENNA} for use of Sr. over Christmas. Waller will depart same evening on private business. Wednesday, Dec. 28th. Whyman and Steadman to arrive Paris and stop night. Thursday, Dec. 29th. Whyman and Steadman to take over 8.B.V. from Sr. and proceed on their run. We hope that this programme will fit in with your arrangements. Will you please try and reserve rooms at the Pension Trianon for Mx.{John H Maddocks - Chief Proving Officer} and Lewis on the night of December 22nd, and for Whyman and Steadman on the night of Dec. 28th.
