"so that we may ascertain whether the Admiralty will pay or Rolls-Royce will have to pay for the consequent scrap, if any.
NOTE - We have arranged with the Admiralty that if we find it necessary to make any alterations on these Engines we will notify them what alterations we propose to make and what will be the cost of them."
